I’ve had a lot of nicknames in my life.  Jane Anne is one of my favorites because of my sweet little grandma.   Maybe it’s my turn to call people Jane Anne. Or maybe we are all Jane Anne’s to someone.

Do anything. Do it all. No matter what you do, let it be with joy. While having a cup of coffee this morning, I watched a video that said there were 4 sentences that make you rethink your life. Of course, I needed to know what those sentences were. I found these 4 sentences to be powerful and true. I’m sure it has been said by many, but for some reason I remember it from Back to the Future. Happy Friday! It’s been a long week, and I don’t know about you but I’m ready for the weekend. This is my wish for you today and everyday. Days can be busy and stressful. Find joy in the little things - that morning cup of coffee when everyone else is asleep, that song that comes on in the car on your way to work or the store and you sing all the lyrics (even if they are wrong), and show love and kindness in what you do because seeing someone smile makes you happy. Just a little reminder to live each day to the fullest. “Victory is in my veins. I know it. I know it.” July is my birthday month. I am declaring it a thing. Bring a little sunshine to someone today.
