Have you ever thought of all of the things that have made you who you are?
Your childhood, your family, your friends, places you have traveled, victories and losses, heartaches, accomplishments, songs, pets, fears, your faith and beliefs, your education, certain smells and sounds, that time you laughed so hard your cheeks hurt for an hour, the death of someone who meant the world to you, books you have read, your talents, your strengths, your dreams, the joy you have felt and so much more.
These are the things that make you you. As life goes on, more pieces are added to you. Most times you don’t even notice it. People are meant to change and grow. It’s a good thing. How boring would it be if you stayed the same your entire life?
I am someone more than I ever imagined. With each new day, a new piece is added. Usually it is something small, but all the small things add up.
All of those pieces bring out the good, the bad, the all of me.
What pieces are you made up of? What made you who you are? Who do you want to be?
I’m excited for new pieces and to see who I become.
xoxo, Jane Anne

Nice read. This takes me down memory lane, thinking of all the circumstances that built me up.
