Truths

There are many truths in life I am certain about. I am certain I was put on this earth to be a mother. I am certain I am perfectly imperfect. I am certain hard work pays off. I am certain we all deserve joy.

I am certain of these truths as well:

If it is important to you, you will make time. You will find a way.

You meet interesting people during the process of becoming the best version of yourself.

When you are not sure, choose the more ambitious path. Who knows where it might lead you.

People with no goal and no ambition consistently invent drama. You do not need people like that in your life.

Maybe you are not introvert, maybe you just need a better people.

Learn to say no. Some people feel no shame when they take advantage of your kindness. Set boundaries.

People are only disappointed in you when they can’t manipulate you.

The longer you focus on what depresses you, the longer your depression will last. Change how you think. Change your focus.

Unproductive days quickly become unproductive years if you don’t sharpen your focus.

Acknowledging progress on anything you do serves as motivation to continue the path that you are on.

A walk is never a waste of time. It calms your mind, can give you ideas, and just make you feel happier.

Great relationships don’t distract you from your goals, they get you there.

The smarter you get, the less you get offended.

Building self-confidence is the art of keeping the promises you made with yourself.

There is ALWAYS joy in the journey. You just have to look for it.

Think on those. What truths do you know for certain?
