It’s a new year. While not a fan of resolutions, I do love goals and having a word of the year.
After much thought, here are my goals and word for 2022:
Word of the Year – Healthy – physically, mentally, and spiritually.
Goals –
1. 10 hours a month outside – walking, dining, sitting by a fire pit, or watching my boys play baseball.
2. Read one book per month.
3. Publish one children’s book. (I have several written.)
4. Write more on Jane Anne.
5. Write cards to my loved ones.
Words to remember on days I am stressed and overwhelmed –
“Sometimes I need only to stand wherever I am to be blessed.” Mary Oliver
What are your goals for 2022? Do you have a word of the year? Your goals can be as simple as a family dinner once a week or flossing every day. You never know how these goals will affect parts of your day, your mood, or other people. No matter the goals, find joy in achieving them.
XOXO, Jane Anne
