What is something you are grateful for? Where is some place you are grateful for? What accomplishment are you most proud of? What is one of your happy memories?
You don’t have to write down the answers on paper. Just think about the answers in your head. Tell a friend if you want or ask them these questions. During this time of social distancing, there may be times of frustration, isolation or sadness. It is important to focus on the good. There are good things in your life. There are good people in your life. There are good people in the world. We are all in this together.
Find something that makes you laugh. (If you can’t, ask your kids to show you some silly TikTok or YouTube videos). Text funny memes or stories to your friends. Do something that brings you joy. Be grateful for the little things today.
XOXO, Jane Anne
